The property has two private beaches, that are just beautiful. It leaves you spellbound to say the least, blue tranquil waters, when the sea is calm. Es trenc, with 15 mins drive and Cala Llombards and Figueria within close vicinity, 30 mins by drive. The location wins the most points and the food, that the staff offers in morning and evening, has different menu, each day. You also get to experience and taste the best sea food, and enjoy it with a sea view, while being seated in the breakfast/dinner room. The staff at the bar and reception, meet all your needs and queries, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, living at universal hotel marquees. Love, Love, Loved it :)

Superb location, close to a couple of beaches and 20 minutes away from Es Trenc, walking distance. The staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was facing the sea and we could hear the chilling sounds of the waves while sleeping. On the check out they allow us to use a courtesy room where we could have a shower so we had the chance to enjoy the last day at the seaside even if we left the room. Definitely relaxing time.

Brilliant location. Quiet not over commercialised area nice walk into village. Hotel surrounded by the sea on three sides. Great to sit out on balcony of an evening to watch fantastic sunsets and listen to the sea lapping on the shore. There are two beaches either side of hotel as well with crystal clear water. Buffet food excellent. Huge variety of dishes. Excellant attentive staff who appear to speak several languages There is very limited parking if you have a car.. You can park on the street for free as long as you park on the blue lines only.

I really enjoyed my stay in there. The breakfast and dinner buffet were really good with a lot of options and variety during the week. The location is good, just next to the beach. It’s a great option for couples and families that wish to relax. I didn’t know when I got there, but you can get beach parasol for free at the reception of the hotel. Also, because we checked in late, there was a small plate with food prepared for us when we got there. That was super nice!

The location is amazing with astounding see view overlooking the crystal clear waters of the bay. You just walk out and you jump straight into the sea. Staff is very kind, helpful and professional. The food at the restaurant is great.

The location is amazing, almost surrounded by water. The breakfast is great and so is the dinner! All Buffett. The staff is friendly and helpful!

very nice view if you take room with seaside views. big variety of breakfast. some ingredients from my point of view are not top quality but you are in a 200 rooms hotel. very close to 2 beaches, one bug and ine more cozy very friendly staff, attentive and you feel home
